Considering the following: Mui goku had 2 zenkai buffs. My cell has zero. Cell was immune to 17 and mui gokus ultimate debuff effect. I had combo comp. Id say that was REALLY good dmg. - Mui only lived cell ultimate because of the 1mil Hp heal he got from 17 and himself. Im most scenarios id say cell is one shotting mui with his ultimate.
