I am shaking. We were walking home from lunch with our family in our completely distraught state and we were blocked from crossing the street by these soulless terror supporters chanting for MORE violence. Yeah, we’re LIVID by this complete lack of humanity—ESPECIALLY TODAY—and we couldn’t hide it. Our kids are devastated to see this happening in their own backyard. It’s HORRIFIC. What has become of this city???? I don’t blame the NYPD. They’re doing their best within the framework they’re permitted by law. This is truly an alternate universe. Do we even have a future here?

That's what's happening at Breads Bakery as employees attempt to form a union to protest the Jewish Israeli owner's support for what they call the "genocide in Gaza." This, my friends, is why the IHRA definition of antisemitism is so critical.

I'm at the UN and the security guard tried to remove me from the building because my jacket had an Israeli flag. This actually just happened!!!! His supervisor came over and said I could stay as long as I removed my jacket. A non-Jewish UN employee who saw the scene and was horrified said if it had been a Palestinian flag they would have said nothing. The UN is hosting an event for Holocaust Remembrance. Let me say this clearly... WITHOUT ISRAEL, NEVER AGAIN CANNOT EXIST.
