I listened to Candaces "Mormon Mafia" Episode so you don't have to. TLDR: Billionaire recluse Howard Hughes was surrounded by an inner circle "Mormon Mafia" in the last years of his life before he died suspiciously in 1975 (like Michael Jackson, who was probably killed by the Jewish Mafia) onboard a plane owned by the man who founded the company that owned the Egyptian plane that took off just before Charlie's assassination. Hughes' primary Mormon handler was the father of a man who managed Mitt Romney's Bane Capital. After a legal battle in which the Church of Latter-day Saints submitted a suspicious handwritten will for Howard Hughes, which was ultimately rejected, his Mormon handler became chairman of his organization. One of the hotels that Hughes owned ended up in the hands of Blake Wyn, who is friends with Erica Kirk. Also one of the "maroon shirt boys" is related to Howard Hughes. Anyway, Charlie's inner circle was also comprised of Mormons - even though TPUSA is supposed to be Christian evangelical - who were in charge of TPUSA money. Daily Wire's Matt Fradd finally just spoke out on the Mormon controversy: "I think they were wrong [to post my Joseph Smith article]. They also agree with me they were wrong to do that. It's one thing if I'm on my show ranting and raving about other religions, I disagree with... But it's another thing when they release an article [of it], it looks like they're giving the stamp of approval. This is a company, like a lot of companies, where things go through the cracks. So whoever's in charge of their blog portion or article portion on Daily Wire, they're like yeah, just send us articles you want us to post. I'm like well, here, I wrote a monologue against Joseph Smith, and they're yeah, sure, we'll post that. Daily Wire is a conservative company. They love Mormons. Mormons are part of that big conservative tent. That's just not my mission. My thing is I want you to be in the Catholic church." Of his own anti-Mormon videos he said: "But here's the thing. Look, I don't like polygamy any more than the rest of you. But we need to stop pretending that the Bible teaches against it. The typical talking point (e.g., Ben Shapiro) is that "polygamy doesn't turn out well in the Bible." Interpretative oversimplifications aside, if God wanted to ban polygamy, couldn't he have just said, "Thou shalt not practice polygamy"? The fact that this is the main talking point shows how weak an argument from the Bible is on this topic.

Joe: "[According to Mormons, Catholics believe] everyone who's ever created by God did not consent to be created so therefore God is morally responsible for the evils in the world. Whereas in Mormonism God is not responsible [because he didn't create us out of nothing] and he's just kind of powerless to-" Matt: "We've got to give their God a different name... like Jeff or something" Why it's wild: So Joe has just hit on the best part of Mormon theology. If God created us from nothing then HE is responsible for what happens to us. Joe mentions we didn't consent to be put in this world. What he leaves out is that in his theology God knew what would happen to us when he created us, there is nothing outside of his control. So the inescapable conclusion is God chooses if you go to hell. Sure you might have free agency, but God gave you all of your internal desires and external influences, he controls every factor. God decides to create people without their consent knowing that they will end up in hell. That's a massive problem. So how does Matt respond to this? He doesn't even recognize the problem and instead starts musing about the different name he should call the "Mormon god". If Matt had a Latter-day Saint on this conversation could have been way more interesting for both sides.
