Update: Jamaat-ul-Ahrar has leaked an old audio recording involving senior TTP member Maulvi Gul Muhammad, revealing TTP contacts and discussions with ISIS. In the recording, a representative of the TTP is heard requesting ISIS to appoint the late TTP chief, Maulvi Fazlullah, as the head of ISIS in Afghanistan and Pakistan. According to the leak, the TTP representative appeals to a senior ISIS leader not to appoint anyone other than Maulvi Fazlullah to the position, arguing that doing so would help prevent disagreements and divisions within TTP. Maulvi Gul Muhammad is the brother of Maulvi Faqir Muhammad, a member of the TTP's Political Commission.

Breaking News: Yesterday, during the funeral in Kabul’s Guldara district of Ayub Zakir, one of the militants affiliated with the TTP who were killed in snowfall near the Pak-Afghan border in Kunar, an Afghan Taliban-linked Scholar Molvi Sher Ali Hammad declared war against Pakistan. He also labeled the existing governmental systems in Pakistan, as well as in Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, as Un-islamic systems. In his speech, Maulvi Sher Ali Hamad led the crowd in chanting slogans against Pakistan. Maulvi Sher Ali also mentioned the arrest of Baloch women in Balochistan during his speech. He clarified that the slain militant Ayub Zakir had been an official of the Taliban government before going to fight in Pakistan.

Alert: Former Afghan military official Yousuf Amin has called on all Afghans to kill Punjabis wherever they find them, during an appearance on Afghan television channel Tolo News. He stated that no Punjabis will be allowed to enter Afghanistan, or they will be killed. Amin further threatened that they can take actions inside Pakistan to avenge. The Afghan government is now working on an alternative route via Paprok Kotal.
