🚨 Fred says Erik ten Hag’s issue with Cristiano Ronaldo was simple: he was not running, so he did not play him. He says the squad did not mind running for Ronaldo, because he was older. He says that after the 2-1 win at Fulham, the squad were told on the plane home that Ronaldo was leaving. Fred describes the moment they landed, phones came off airplane mode, and everyone reacted to the Piers Morgan interview, with the press officers stunned that Ronaldo had said things he should not have said about the club. 🚨 Rio Ferdinand 𝗗𝗘𝗙𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦 Michael Carrick: "We started poorly last season and look how it finished. Let's hope we've got that little kick on this season to change things around. “And you've got to stay with someone like Michael. Give him the time. Let him go out there. Let him turn this around. “It's the first bump in his managerial career at Manchester United. You can't just turn someone's lights off at the first sign of trouble. Give him the chance to change the fortunes of the club." [Rio Ferdinand Presents]
