Tom Lee predicts that the stock market could go into a bear market between August & October… Both: $VOO & $QQQM could drop a lot… On the bright side, July should be a great month for stocks… However, if huge red days do occur… It’s a buy the dip opportunity for: 1) $QQQM 2) $VOO 3) $DRAM 4) $VGT 5) $XLK 6) $SPMO 7) $SCHG 8) $SMH 9) $VTI 10) $SOXX 11) NVIDIA $NVDA 12) Micron $MU 13) Sandisk $SNDK 14) Meta $META 15) Google $GOOG 16) AMD $AMD 17) SK Hynix $SKHY 18) Lumentum $LITE 19) TSMC $TSM 20) Microsoft $MSFT

Tom Lee sees the memory trade having a new cycle & not slowing down anytime soon… $DRAM is seen as being buyable with the dips & pullbacks … However, $DISK by Tema ETFs (in partnership with SemiAnalysis) could be a better memory ETF that is: 1) More Diversified than DRAM by RoundHill 2) Higher concentration NAND 3) Actively managed by a semiconductor-focused team in SemiAnalysis If $DRAM is a $200 ETF … Then $DISK is a $150 ETF… Robots, Humanoids, & autonomous cars need memory… You can’t call the end of the cycle…. I’d also argue that Sandisk $SNDK deserves an overweight position in a memory ETF like DISK.

$DRAM uses Swaps to get additional exposure to Micron $MU … So you could have some volatility drag & additional fees that are taken out of the NAV… Now if you want to NOT pay the 0.65% expense ratio… You could save $$$ on fees by doing this: Buying: $EWY or $FKLR for Samsung & SK Hynix exposure + Micron $MU & Sandisk $SNDK & Western Digital $WDC … Save Money + have no vol drag

Do NOT buy $DRAM on Fidelity... Be aware: Fidelity currently charges a service fee on purchases for DRAM. Fee: 1) 5% of your purchase amount 2) Capped at $100 per trade This is separate from the ETF's expense ratio...it's a Fidelity brokerage fee. You could STOP paying 2x Fees by buying $KMEM ... Kurv's Memory ETF does NOT have a Fidelity service fee...

“I’m very bullish on the market over the next 12 months” - BlackRock CEO Larry Frink If the world’s largest asset manager who owns trillions of dollars says the market is a buy… THEN BUY: 1) $VOO 2) $QQQM 3) NVIDIA $NVDA 4) $DRAM 5) Sandisk $SNDK 6) AMD $AMD 7) $SPMO 8) $IBIT 9) $XLK 10) SK Hynix $SKHY 11) Google $GOOG 12) Meta $META 13) Amazon $AMZN 14) Microsoft $MSFT 15) $SCHG
