Finished 4th overall at the G.O.A.T @peaks_sports 50km trail race in a time of 8:59:47 on a 3444m elevation ⛰️🗻⛰️🗻 I have so many stories to tell about this race 🙆🏽‍♂️ from the elevation, to the heat, to getting lost, to getting sick coz of high altitude 😀 But I pushed through and gave it my absolute best and I am so proud🇿🇦 Let me gather myself and then I’ll give you a proper race review 📝 Massive shout out to @peaks_sports and Dana.runsultras for hosting us🙏🏽 Thanks to the ndlovu.kaziii @thebigfive_program Team, @ikhayalethu_athletics_club_ Garmin South Africa Matomani Just Run Tours @striving_mind_engineers and everyone who supported me and made this trip possible 🙏🏽 To coach @coach_vongs and @skhindigangcoaching , friends, training partners, family and everyone who’s been showing me so much love and support , I appreciate you all♥️ God you keep showing off🙏🏽🥹

ITS A 5km PB!🎉🎉 17:30 and I was even holding back because my marathon race is in two weeks 🙆🏽‍♂️ It’s been a while since I felt this good in a 5km tempo run👌🏽Last time I ran 5km PB was in 2022 when I did 18:16 so this is a great sign for my marathon in two weeks 👌🏽 @skhindigangcoaching still cooking!
