Speech at the Conference in the Italian Parliament: The Necessity of a Sound Policy The most important reality about the situation in Iran is this: The ruling regime is in a state of overthrow. Yet, the international community—especially Europe—continues to suffer from the absence of a clear and effective solution to the Iran question. #Time4FirmIranPolicy

Last night, once again, people and youth in many districts of Tehran, including Shahrara, Shahrak-e Gharb, Punak, Saadat Abad, Sattarkhan, Jannat Abad, Heravi, Pol-e Rumi, and Ariashahr, took to the streets. Together with cities in open revolt such as Karaj, Aligudarz, Isfahan, Shiraz, Shahrekord, Sanandaj, Qazvin, Qom, Rasht, and Bushehr, they asserted control of public spaces and reshaped Iran’s political landscape with chants of “Death to Khamenei,” “Death to the dictator,” and “Death to the oppressor, be it the Shah or (the mullahs’) Leader.” The continued deployment of mercenaries and IRGC forces, using tear gas, live ammunition, and mass arrests, no longer offers any remedy for a defeated and weakened Khamenei. The people speak with one voice: the regime of velayat-e faqih must come to an end. #IranProtests

The main war is the war between the people of Iran and their resistance on one side, and religious fascism on the other. This struggle has continued for 44 years, since June 20, 1981. The solution to this confrontation is the overthrow of this regime by the people and by an organized uprising. #FreeIran10PointPlan

Message to the Iranians’ Rally in Stockholm on the Anniversary of June 20, 1981, the Beginning of the Iranian Resistance Indeed, change and revolution are not forces that can be stopped. Freedom, the right to vote, and free elections have been strong demands of the Iranian people since the Constitutional Revolution until today. And without a doubt, they will achieve it through the determination and struggle of the PMOI at Ashraf 3, you— supporters of the Iranian Resistance— the brave fighters in the Resistance Units, and your beloved people. We have risen up to overthrow the regime and to establish a democratic, non-nuclear republic, based on the separation of religion and state, gender equality, respect for the rights of all nationalities, an independent judiciary, and the abolition of the death penalty. We are fighting for a pluralistic system that promotes peace in the Middle East. From the onset, we stood up against the misogyny of Khomeini and Khamenei and any form of coercion, raising our voices: No to compulsory Hijab, No to compulsory religion, and No to compulsory governance.

40 days on: Tribute to the heroes of the January 2026 uprising- To the mothers, fathers, families, and compatriots across Iran who, on the fortieth day since the loss of your children, stand in mourning and in defiance, This fortieth day of that sea of blood, this fortieth day of that national sacrifice, this fortieth day of that immense price paid for freedom, is a day to renew our pledge to carry the fallen’s uprising through to victory. #IranProtests

We seek to build a free and flourishing Iran. An Iran where every talent may blossom. Where the nation’s human capital returns to shape the democratic Iran of tomorrow. We want to reclaim Iran and rebuild this devastated homeland.

Twenty-two years ago, we declared that the solution for Iran is neither appeasement nor war, but a “Third Option,” namely, regime change by the Iranian people and their organized Resistance. #FreeIran10PointPlan

The decisive battle is between the people of Iran and this dying regime, a regime that is trapped in a dead end no matter which way it turns. It is a regime that has condemned tens of millions of Iranians to hunger. Many survive on nothing more than dry bread, with scarcely enough to sustain life. There is only one way—one way alone—to save the people of Iran: the overthrow of this vile regime through a democratic revolution. Ultimately, this fate is inevitable for the regime. #FreeIran10PointPlan

The spirit and constant refrain of what our people demand is: freedom, freedom, and freedom. It is the active and equal participation of women in leadership, and justice for all; the equal participation of all, especially Iran’s ethnic nationalities, in rights and governance, including Kurds, Baluchi, Turkmens, and Arabs.
