Climbing post: we entered Miho Nonaka's gym's comp and got B L A S T E D. Went in the wrong category (Open instead of masters which is our lvl) and competed vs some of Japan's best. Could barely start any problems as they sieged and sent. Finals were so good tho, good experience

Been trying to weave some one arm action (😉) in between climbing days as I felt my one arm pull was lacking. Doing 5 sets of max reps on each arm with a 2 finger assist (😉) to stabilise and help just a teeny bit. Left arm forever slightly weaker so it can't do quite as many.

Rare non gaming post coming through. New gym opened in Adelaide and has a long overhang section. Had to build some endurance to send this as its TWO MINUTES on the wall. Probably goes v8-9 and have a failed run attached that gives a closer look at it.
