From Twitter to Television This morning I was invited to Smile Jamaica on TVJ- It was a pleasure sharing my perspective as both a Realtor® and Attorney-at-Law. However, we as a public still do not have sufficient information in order to make an informed judgment on the lease that was considered by NARRA. Yes, location is a major factor that influences the cost of real-estate but it is not the only reason to justify the cost given. Even after backpedaling, we still do not know: What is the square footage? Do they need a big space? How many employees does NARRA have? Were other units considered? What amenities are included? What cost-effective measures were implemented? (solar panels etc) What is your opinion on this? Tell me below 👇
