🚨🎙️🔥 Ruben Amorim before Udinese: “The players are NOT boys. They are MEN.” “What happened in Bournemouth had nothing to do with tactics. They were simply more COMPETITIVE.” “Sometimes we need to forget about playing nice football and just be MORE competitive.” “Maignan understood straight away that he CANNOT do what he did in Bournemouth. We cannot put ourselves in that position.” “I spoke with him — but I also spoke with EVERYONE.”

🚨🎙️🔥 Ruben Amorim on Manchester United and Michael Carrick: “I MOVED ON. I’m at another BIG club now.” “My club is AC Milan — and we have a lot of problems to solve, because at every big club, TROUBLE is always around the corner.” “I’m focused on my team, my players and my staff.” “What happened at Manchester United doesn’t change anything. I still LOVE that club.”

🚨🎙️🔥 Ruben Amorim on BENCHING Cissé after his hat-trick: “I’m NOT going to play someone just because he was really good in the last game.” “Every game is a different story. I choose players based on what THAT game requires.” “Cissé needs to be ready to come on — and score another goal.”

🚨🎙️😱 Ruben Amorim vs Italian journalist after Milan’s defeat: “We watched TWO DIFFERENT games. There was NO GAME.” “It’s not even about comparing the pace to Salzburg. We conceded a penalty from the first corner, then went down to 10 men. We never had the chance to play.” “The penalty and then the red card changed everything. We didn’t even have the chance to play the game.”

🚨🎙️🔥 Ruben Amorim: “We need to be very CLEAR with our FANS: this is going to take some TIME.” “Good things take time. We need time to improve the team and build strong foundations.” “But at the same time, we want to WIN every game. When we don’t win, we feel it REALLY hard.” “I really APPRECIATE the support of Mr Cardinale.”

🚨🎙️😭 Fabio Capello with some very direct advice for Cisse after his HAT-TRICK: “DON’T pick up this habit. When you had the ball you played it BACKWARDS when you could have played FORWARD.” “DON’T pick up that habit. In your first games for Milan, you played forward go back to doing that.”

🚨🎙️🔥 Adrien Rabiot: “I’m ANGRY. I don’t even know if we DESERVED to win that much.” “We were very good in the first half, but then we completely COLLAPSED.” “You can’t play a first half like that and then have a second half like this. Otherwise, what we did before means NOTHING.”

🚨🎙️🧠 Ruben Amorim on why he switched to a BACK FOUR: “I realised we needed to change something in the build-up. We needed more mobility.” “The players weren’t stuck in their positions, and that helped us a lot.” “Against Benfica, we had so much possession but not enough movement. That made me realise we needed to change something in the build-up.” “This gives us another TOOL to win games.”

⚠️🎙️ Ruben Amorim: “We DIDN’T deserve to win.” “If we’re honest, Juventus didn’t deserve to lose.” “We were NOT good with the ball. When we started losing the ball a lot, we suffered.” “I don’t think we played well.” “We’ve only been working together for two months. We got one point, but of course we need to do BETTER.”

🚨🎙️ Ruben Amorim on Alphadjo Cisse: “He is only at 50% of his POTENTIAL. The most important thing is NOT to make too big a thing around any kid. We need to give them TIME.” “Cisse can play in different positions, he can use BOTH feet, but there are still many things he doesn’t do at a really high level because he lacks experience.” “He’s at the BEGINNING of something. We need to give him time.”

🚨🎙️ Ruben Amorim: “Of course I LISTEN to the players. But in the end, it’s ALWAYS my decision. “Every player will naturally push the game towards their own characteristics.” “I felt the same thing at Manchester United — and I CANNOT make the same mistake.” “If we don’t have the perfect characteristics to play one way, we need to ADAPT.”

⚠️🎙️ Ruben Amorim on Ruben Loftus-Cheek: “When I say something to the MEDIA, I’ve already said it TEN TIMES to the player.” “If you look at Ruben, he has EVERYTHING — he’s powerful, he can use both feet and he’s good in the air.” “But he needs to be IN the game for 90 minutes.” “He needs to show his quality in EVERY minute of the game.”
