The best hire I ever made was a 12 year old kid from LA. His name is Eric Pham. He was making Fortnite montages in his bedroom. There was something special about him… the way he commanded the room and talked to a to camera was, different. He was funny. He was charismatic. He wasn't afraid to be himself. He just had “it”.
