In the Halo games, we never really see a Pelican land and takeoff using their landing gear, apart from 1 shot in Halo Infinite, and Microsoft Flight simulator where you can fly the pelican. So animating this shot trying to get it feel realistic with no real reference was fun.

Finally i can share more about my Halo Animation Halo: Pact of Predators! After all this time i can finally show what the remnants of the covenant was loading up on the pelican! What are they doing with a capsulated metroid? How will it ever be usefull to them?
