Ripple Breaks Ground in the UAE, as RLUSD Becomes the First U.S. 🇺🇸 Stablecoin Approved Under DFSA 🇦🇪Framework Ripple has officially become the first blockchain company to have its stablecoin RLUSD approved by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) for use within the prestigious Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). This marks a historic inflection point in the evolution of global stablecoin regulation and sets a bold precedent for the industry. For the first time, a U.S. dollar-backed stablecoin is fully licensed under a Gulf state’s comprehensive virtual asset regulatory regime, unlocking real world use cases across the Middle East’s most advanced financial sandbox. RLUSD can now be integrated into Ripple’s DFSA approved payment infrastructure, as well as deployed by banks, fintechs, and asset managers operating in the DIFC. The UAE, particularly Duba, has positioned itself as a forward thinking digital finance hub, balancing innovation with regulatory oversight. With this approval, RLUSD becomes a compliant liquidity vehicle in a region increasingly looking to bypass outdated correspondent banking systems. For everyone who is saying this address to the nation about elections fraud is “nothing.” This is much bigger then you, and I, and thoughts surrounding it must be bigger as well. Do you recall Trump stating changing the financial system within the U.S. borders? That goes hand in hand with the elections and voting security. “Many Americans aren’t aware that behind the scenes technical backbone of the financial system is decades out of date. Payments and money transfer are costly and take days or weeks to even clear. The entire financial system will be eligible for a 21st century upgrade using the state of the art crypto technology” They’ve just told you that they’re moving their elections process on-chain to prevent a situation like the 2020’s election again.

For those individuals that still struggle to see why XRP is not being used currently at high volumes, this should open your eyes. USD is still the REGULATED WAY BANKS USE A BRIDGE CURRENCY. When BIS Prudential treatment of crypto assets reduces the RISK WEIGHT from 1250% to hold unbacked assets like Bitcoin, XRP, ETH, etc.. then, and only then BANKS WILL USE XRP for liquidity. The way the FX functions presently is GBP to USD (Bridge currency) to PESO. When crypto can be used, the flow will change to GBP to XRP (Bridge currency) to Peso You MUST understand how XRP enables RLUSD. RLUSD does not diminish XRP’s use. Navin Gupta explains the usecase for CBDC and currency FX.

I’ve been trying to tell you to watch for the end of May into June and July. The imagery from Trump Jr. with the dam breaking… Melania, it’ll all be different by June. Trump, I’m going to make the stock market and crypto go UP! You better not FAFO and see what happens. I’d recommend having your exit strategy, and learn how to mitigate taxes. I’m not a financial advisor, and this is not financial advice.
