Review on SPARTACUS tv series 🍿 Spartacus (2010-2013)🎬 TV Series | 3 Seasons + 1 Prequel | Starz Main: Andy Whitfield,Liam McIntyre as Spartacus What’s it about? Spartacus is a Thracian warrior. The Romans betray him, make him a slave, and force him to fight as a gladiator. He starts fighting for survival. Then he starts fighting for freedom. He leads the biggest slave rebellion Rome has ever seen. Blood, betrayal, and "we will not be slaves" energy. The Good 1. The action- The fight scenes are INSANE. Slow-mo, blood, swords. Every battle feels epic. 2. The drama- Politics, backstabbing, and power games in the gladiator house. It’s like _Game of Thrones_ in a training school. 3. The characters- Spartacus, Crixus, Naevia, Batiatus. You’ll love some, hate some, and be shocked by all of them. 4. The vibe- It’s loud, dramatic, and doesn’t hold back. "I AM SPARTACUS!" The Not-So-Good 1. Lots of blood + s*x- This is NOT a family show. It’s 18+ all the way. 2. The style- Everything is CGI and green screen. Some people love it, some find it fake. 3. Season 1 is different- Andy Whitfield was Spartacus in season 1. He passed away, so Liam took over in season 2. Takes 1-2 episodes to adjust. Bottom Line Spartacus is brutal, sexy, and addictive. If you want history class, skip it. If you want gladiators, revenge, rebellion, and "take no prisoners" energy, binge it. It’s about a man who lost everything... and decided to burn Rome down to get freedom. Rating: 8.5/10- Bloody, wild, and way more fun than it should be.

Review on the tv series: Desperate Housewives 🍿 Desperate Housewives (2004 - 2012)🎬 Created by: Marc Cherry Stars: Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman, Marcia Cross, Eva Longoria, Nicollette Sheridan What’s it about? Life on Wisteria Lane looks perfect on the outside. Nice houses, nice lawns, nice families. But behind closed doors, the 5 main housewives all have secrets. Murder, affairs, blackmail, money problems, and a lot of drama. Each season brings a new mystery on the street while we follow the women’s friendships, marriages, and messes. It starts with a narrator who’s... already dead. That tells you it’s not your normal suburban show. What I like: 1. Addictive drama- Every episode ends with a cliffhanger. You’ll say "just one more" and watch 3 more. 2. Funny + dark- It mixes comedy, mystery, and soap opera perfectly. One minute you’re laughing, next minute someone’s getting arrested. 3. The 5 leads- Their friendship feels real. Susan is clumsy, Lynette is stressed mom, Bree is perfect, Gabrielle is glam, Edie is trouble. You’ll pick a favorite. 4. Mysteries- Each season has a big "who did it" story that keeps you hooked. What i didn’t like: 1. Gets messy later- Seasons 1-4 are the best. After that the storylines get a bit wild and unrealistic. 2. Too much drama- If you don’t like yelling, affairs, and secrets, it can be too much. 3. Long- 8 seasons. That’s a big commitment. Bottom Line Desperate Housewives is the definition of a "guilty pleasure". It’s funny, dramatic, messy, and you can’t look away. It’s about how even "perfect" people have ugly secrets. Watch it if you like:Big Little Lies, Why Women Kill, Revenge Skip it if you want:A serious crime drama with no comedy Rating: 8/10 - Season 1 is a 10/10. Messy, fun, and super bingeable.

Movie Review: The Trip (2021)🎬 Name:The Trip Type:Dark Comedy / Thriller / Horror Country:Norway Stars:Aksel Hennie, Noomi Rapace What it’s about: A married couple, Lars and Lisa, go to a cabin in the woods to fix their marriage. But things go wrong fast. Lars is hiding a big secret, Lisa finds out, and then 2 escaped killers show up. Now they have to team up to survive... even though they can barely stand each other. What I liked: 1. Funny + Bloody- It mixes dark jokes with gore really well. 2. Great acting- Aksel and Noomi have amazing chemistry. Their fights feel real. 3. Fast and crazy- It keeps you guessing. One minute they’re arguing, next minute it’s chaos. What I didn’t like: 1. Too much violence- If you don’t like blood, this isn’t for you. 2. Weird tone- It jumps from comedy to thriller to horror a lot. Final Verdict: 7.5/10 The Trip is like a mix of War of the Roses+ Evil Dead. It’s messy, funny, and violent. Perfect if you want a movie that doesn’t take itself seriously.

Review on the series: Beauty in Black Genre: Drama | Thriller Year: 2024 Creator: Tyler Perry Platform: Netflix Cast: Taylor Polidore Williams, Amber Reign Smith, Debbi Morgan, Richard Lawson, Crystle Stewart Two Black women from totally different worlds get dragged into the same messy, dangerous family business and it gets ugly fast. The Story Kimmie is struggling. Homeless, trying to survive, and doing whatever it takes to get by. Mallory is rich, runs a beauty empire with her family, and looks like she has it all. But the family business isn’t just beauty products. There are secrets, crime, and people who will do anything to keep power. When their paths cross, everything blows up. Why it stands out 1. The drama is ‘ADDICTIVE’ Tyler Perry nailed it up. Lies, betrayal, murder, family fights. You start 1 episode and suddenly it’s 3am. It’s messy on purpose and that’s what makes it fun to watch. 2. The women lead This show is about women trying to survive in a world run by men and money. Kimmie is raw and real. Mallory is smart but trapped. You root for both, even when they make bad choices. 3. It talks about real stuff Poverty, colorism, family pressure, and how far people go for success. It’s dramatic, but there’s truth under all the twists. What I didn’t like: It can be too dramatic sometimes. Plot twists every 5 minutes. Some acting is hit or miss. If you don’t like Tyler Perry’s style, this won’t change your mind. People mostly talk about the reveal about the "beauty empire." Without spoilers: what the family is really selling isn’t what you think. That twist got everyone. Final take: 10/10 Beauty in Black isn’t deep art. It’s a soap opera with higher stakes. But it’s fast, it’s bold, and it keeps you watching. Watch if you like: Empire, The Oval, messy family drama with secrets. Skip if you want: Slow, artsy films.
