Produce the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association and show the specific provision that makes such activity unlawful. A company’s name or the sector people associate it with is not, by itself, a legal determination of what it can or cannot contract to do. The proper inquiry is its corporate documents, the relevant contract, the authority of those who executed it, performance and the applicable law. And if you insist that TOMOSI was not among the companies Parliament dealt with over the South Sudan arrears, then show the parliamentary record and explain precisely what Parliament determined. The 2018 discussion concerned verified grain suppliers and arrears arising from supplies made during 2008–2010; that does not automatically dispose of a separate contractual claim. So, Hon. Kabanda, if you have the legal case, present the legal evidence. Don't tell Ugandans what TOMOSI was supposedly incapable of doing show them the MOA, identify the prohibition, and let the public read it for themselves. Political commentary may generate headlines. I don’t support BOBI WINE politically, but I’ll admit this: sometimes reviewing his responses genuinely challenges me. A man who has publicly presented academic credentials, including a bachelor’s degree,diploma and Harvard certificate training, still says he is “not well educated” yet struggles to clearly answer a basic ideological question: Are you a capitalist, a socialist, or something else? This is where you keep getting it wrong, Daudi Kabanda. If you genuinely have information regarding land matters for Gen. MK, then follow the proper channels. Intelligence gathering is not conducted through Twitter. It is done professionally collect verifiable evidence, submit your report to the appointing authority, and allow the relevant institutions to investigate. Social media insults, unverified allegations, and trial by public opinion are not due process. Those of us who value facts over noise understand that an assignment demands discipline, confidentiality, and evidence not hashtags and character assassination. Secondly, your claim that Odrek Rwabwogo deceived H.E. Yoweri K Museveni is reckless unless you possess credible evidence. Were you present during every discussion? Do you know the full context or agreements reached between the parties involved? Assumptions are not facts, and speculation is not proof. Thirdly, regarding Rtd Gen. Kahinda Otafiire, exercise restraint. Public office does not grant anyone the licence to make defamatory accusations or hurl insults without evidence. Criticism should be grounded in verifiable facts, not emotion or personal vendettas. Finally and this must be said clearly leave our local language out of political mudslinging. Do not weaponize culture or ethnicity to settle political scores. Uganda deserves issue-based debate, not divisive rhetoric.
