8 years ago, my Dad was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon cancer and last night he gave me the surprise of a lifetime that will go down as one of my most cherished memories on #HockeyFightsCancer night 💜 To those battling cancer, You are not alone. To those who know someone in a battle, reach out to them as they embark on life’s hardest fight; a text, a call, or a letter can make the biggest difference, even though it may seem small. My Dad is living proof that love, positivity, and support give us all the best chance to eradicate cancer. Thank you to the entire Utah Mammoth organization and the NHL for making this possible, it’s a moment that we as a family will never forget. There’s no one in this world I’m more proud of than my Dad, as he continues to be a beacon of hope that one day we can all say, “Hockey Beats Cancer” 💜

A few thoughts on a tremendous 2nd season in Utah … I’m absolutely honored to work alongside some of the best broadcasters and hardest working folks behind the camera in the business. Though I’m living my dream career-wise, spending close to 200 days together with these phenomenal people is what helped make it the special season it was. Records were set, milestones cemented, and some of the most incredible memories were made all year long; the future is blindingly bright for the Utah Mammoth both on the ice and around the great state of Utah and it’s truly an honor to be a small part of growing the greatest game in the world, in our backyard! The love story that continues to grow among the NHL, the Mammoth, and our tremendous fans in Mammoth Nation is blooming right before our very eyes and I can’t wait to see the support continue to grow on all sides for years to come. Thank you to everyone who supported our dedication all season long 🙏🏻 #TusksUp
