Garrett Wilson is asked what he'd say to the people out there wondering why he decided to extend with the #Jets & not go somewhere else: "I gotta go home at night & feel good about the decisions I make, & I love it here man. These people have bought into me since I was a college kid, & the fanbase has dove into me. This is where I want to be, this is where I want to win at. For me, it's about where you do it at, what role did you play in that, & I truly believe because of the things that guys that have been around here have gone through these last few years & what we're battling to get out of, it'll make it that much more beautiful. I don't ever lose sight of that or lose faith."

Pat threw the ball outside the receiver, MC was there, he made the play, then the ref threw the flag. Me personally, that’s like when you play basketball 1-on-1 & you go up to lay the ball up & you wait to see you miss, & then say foul. I can’t believe that. He don't give up on any play, he don't give up on anything, & I know stuff like that is inspiring to the dudes on the field with him & to the dudes watching. Justin Fields on how he feels average time to throw is not a "credible" stat: #Jets "I don't really look at stats if I'm being honest with you. I'm not on social media. My job is to put as many points up on the board, whether that's the least amount of time to throw or that's the most. I feel like that's not a good indicator cause you've got guys that scramble & then they count that, so pocket passers will have the least time to throw because they scramble the least. I remember one of my years in Chicago they said I had the longest time to throw too, but at the same time I'm scrambling behind the line of scrimmage, so of course they're gonna count that, so I don't think that's a credible stat for the QB position if I'm being honest with you."

Aaron Glenn on his philosophy (you're gonna like this 😤): #Jets "Our philosophy is we play with maximum effort, & there's 3 elements of effort: burst, speed, & finish. If I don't see one of those, you just went against our standard. If I don't see all 3 of them, you're a traitor, go play for somebody else. The next one is violence, we want to bring that back, cause the NFL has brought that out of the game, but we're gonna bring that back the right way. We understand the rules. You can be violent in this game still, even with the rules. Last we want to take the ball away. I'm talking about punching the ball out, I'm talking about INTs.
