My husband and I paid for it ahead of time and were fully willing to cover the expense if we didn’t raise enough funds. We receive $2816 exactly cash donations at the event. I received $200 in E transfers, and $20 on a GiveSendGo account that I posted publicly on my Facebook during the event after people asked me to. I deleted that Facebook post after I realized we likely would have enough come in. We raised exactly $3036. Not a dollar more, not a dollar less. This is a huge testimony of God providing when we put our trust in him. I want to thank everyone who came and made this such an amazing event. I want to thank Justin Mizu for leading such an amazing worship, and Pastor Terry with Christ The Healer Gospel Church Saskatoon, Pastor Ivan with Pathway Ministries, Paster Paul with Northeast Christian fellowship for giving such God honouring messages. I am sure Charlie and Jesus were watching from heaving with joy for what transpired in Saskatoon yesterday. Again, thank you so much to everyone who came to honour Charlie Kirk’ life and the amazing man that he was. There were was well over 1000 people there, way more than we expected. God is so good!
