As a 15yo mum, I was told what happened was my fault. Kemi Badenoch had power, yet did not meet one victim, or speak about grooming once. I do not know how she dares try & score points now. Thank god we have a gov that is taking violence against women & girls seriously.

🚨Tomorrow MPs get to vote to remove parental responsibility from rapists🚨 What took so long? We had to wait for a gov that prioritises changing law to support survivors. Instead of using victims for political gain, this gov is using its power to protect them. Exactly right.

Children will no longer be only proceed of crime perpertrators have life long access to. That's what happens when you have survivors on your benches & fierce advocates at the despatch box. We are not political footballs. So proud to have a gov that changes law to protect us.
