So the good Judge came to Court. He said that the judgment was typed, in his computer, he could not print it for “obvious reasons” and that he would only read the summary. The summary was hand written and he proceeded to read it with off cuff remarks. Never seen this before.

You never understand a woman until to raise one. This one (named after my mother) asked that we oil her hair as I tell her what I will do for her generation if she votes for me. I remember the last time I oiled hair was for my mother. I must have been 10 years old and her 30 years young.

This is a night raid at the home of Desmond Shivachi in Kitale by a contingent of heavily armed police officers. After the raid, the Police summoned Shivachi to appear today for questioning on investigations relating to organized crimes. There has to be an end to this abuse of power by the CS Interior.

The judgment on the Malava By-Election petition was a sham as was the By-Election itself. The State invested heavily in the outcome, a matter that did not surprise but concerned us. We expected the unexpected from the Judge. An appeal shall be filed at the Court of Appeal.

The People of Westlands: Residents and Developers, let us temporarily stop the construction of these buildings. Instead, let us make roads, bridges, canals, storm water drainage, pedestrian walkways and streetlights. Thereafter, we complete the buildings. It is the right to do.

Many educated Kenyans will say, “who still reads newspapers in this day and age?” Current affairs is important, Ndugu. Wait, there is this Returning Officer who does not even know the name of his boss. “Ethanol” he said, is the Chairman of IEBC. Ni mbaya, weka mawe.

The CS Interior continues to abuse the criminal justice system in his crackdown of supporters and staff of Governor George Natembeya. Today we thwarted yet another attempt through the DCI and ODPP to unlawfully detain the Chief of Staff and Protocol Officer.

The middle and upper class, your matter has been reached on today’s cause list. You will continue suffering bad governance if you leave the electorate choice at the ballot to the lower class. Listen in. They got no problem with the status quo and that is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so not help me, Lucifer.

Tofauti ya ujinga na upumbavu. Ujinga unaeza tibiwa na kisomo lakini upumbavu ni kipaji kama ufupi. 🤣🤣

Give credit where it is due. President Uhuru Kenyatta built serious transport infrastructure: road and rail. President William Ruto should construct a dual carriage road from Nairobi to Soy, via Eldoret. I will pick up from there to Malaba in 2032. Affordable housing ni kipindi.

Stop whenever you see a police officer on the road. Great them, ask them how they are doing, thank them for the good work they are doing, give them something small: chai or lunch. And EACC, let me not read or hear of you harassing our police officers. Go arrest JuriPESA Judges.

I was called yet again, to intervene in the never ending spectacle in Kitale where the CS Interior is cracking down on supporters of Governor George Natembeya through the arrest and detention of young men, some minors, on trumped up charges under the Prevention of Organized Crimes Act. This is the fourth time I am appearing in two weeks. So far, more than 50 young men and boys below 18 years have been targeted. The other day, the offense was membership to “Mbogi Mawe.” What nonsense is this? The offense of belonging to a group called “Wale Wasee” was presented before Honourable Nancy Chepchumba Rop today. It is preposterous! A hefty cash bail of Kshs 40,000.00 was imposed despite my plea to the contrary. Where would an unemployed young man in Kitale get that money? Magistrates should exercise the power of rejection of such unlawful and defective charges which do not disclose offenses, in reliance upon Section 89 (5) of the Criminal Procedure Act. That section is there specifically for this purpose. Magistrates cannot, today, 15 years after the promulgation of The Constitution, be the perfunctory conduits of the charade by the Ministry of Interior through the NPS and the ODPP. Why are Magistrates condoning this egregious violations of the Bill of Rights? It is the year 2026 and not 1987 for heavens sake!
