Most traders are burned out by 10AM. That's exactly when the cleanest setup of the day prints. The 4-hour candle opens right at 10. The first 30 minutes is the manipulation phase — it's just building the wick. By 10:30 the candle has shown its hand. Wicked higher and rejected? Bias is down. Wicked lower and reversed? Bias is up. Now you have your silver bullet entry in the final 30 minutes of the kill zone with the full 4-hour bias behind it. Stop quitting at 10AM. That's when the real trade shows up.

Every blown account started the same way. Chasing the 9:30 candle thinking it was real direction. It wasn't. It was bait. The rule: never trade the 9:30 candle. Trade the reaction to it. 930 sweeps the overnight high → wait for it to fail → structure shifts → entry on the way back down. The Judas swing completes first. Then you trade. The 9:30 candle isn't the trend. It's taking the liquidity that fuels it.
