CNN's liberal "journalists" get butt hurt over guntuber and GOP congressional nominee Brandon Herrera (Brandon Herrera) making jokes about fat, blue-haired feminists. In a possibly defamatory statement, they suggest that Herrera fits the patterns of someone who will become a domestic terrorist: "When looking back at folks who commit political violence and extremism, if you look at their search history on the internet, it's often because they've been consuming a lot of misogynistic online content, whether that be on YouTube, podcasts, or social media. There's often that connective through line."

The View's Sunny Hostin is currently facing the threat of a DEFAMATION SUIT over her comments about the disappearance and death of black teen Nolan Wells. On July 14th, Hostin suggested Wells' teenage friends killed their friend with racist motivations and falsely claimed they stole his phone: HOSTIN: Ben Crump has been retained by the family and is conducting an independent investigation, so much so, because it's happening in Mississippi. There are some racial undertones to this. He was the only black kid on an island full of kids that were white. (...) There were three boys with him that were good friends with him. BEHAR: What are they saying? HOSTIN: They turned off their social media accounts. They say that they have cooperated with the police, but they took his -- they kept his phone and didn't give it to his parents.

The View is SHOCKED to learn from guest co-host Sara Eisen (an actual financial expert) that the markets are actually doing good and actually like Trump as president: GOLDBERG: Later after we do what we're supposed to do I do want to ask you about the market. EISEN: Please. GOLDBER: Because it seems that the market doesn't really pay attention to who is president. The market does what it does. EISEN: Actually the market likes who's president, I think. GOLBERG: Really? HOSTIN: Oh, interesting. EISEN: There's a lot of upbeat sentiment from companies. GOLDBERG: Ah. EISEN: And from investors about policies that are helpful for growth. HOSTIN: But they're not good. BEHAR: It helps for rich people. It doesn't help poor people or middle income people. EISEN: Fair.
