This one is potentially very interesting for the TRT guys. There's a new peptide approaching an FDA decision called Rusfertide. It lowers Hematocrit. In the Phase 3 VERIFY trial in 293 patients with Polycythemia Vera, 76.9% of patients receiving Rusfertide achieved the primary clinical response versus 32.9% with placebo. 62.6% maintained hematocrit <45% through 32 weeks versus 14.4% with placebo, and patients averaged 0.5 phlebotomies versus 1.8. Important: This has been studied in polycythemia vera, not the TRT goon squad (us) taking Test and jacking up their HCT. I'll be paying very close attention. This is how it works:
