I saw the ODYSSEY movie a few days ago (it was great) and it got me thinking about Ray Harryhausen's amazing stop-motion Cyclops in THE 7th VOYAGE OF SINBAD. Imagine how difficult it must've been to match up the creature's actions to the live-action footage using 1958 technology.
