This morning on her show, NEW Non-Expert Witness called out Aidan’s hypocrisy when she went over the recording of Aidan’s ex wife crying and begging for him to help pay for cheerleading. The recording is absolutely heartbreaking. Julie says that in the SEVEN YEARS that their daughter has been doing cheerleading, Aidan HASN’T PAID A DIME. She’s sobbing that she doesn’t want to work at Gilette Stadium. As an elementary teacher, she has to be on her feet for eight hours or more five days a week. She is undoubtedly mentally and physically exhausted, and yet it seems Aidan doesn’t care. Aidan Kearney often claims, like he did when I confronted him last night, that she chooses to work because she enjoys it. He also says that he pays for half. Dave Aronberg, former State Prosecutor for Palm Beach, Florida, remarks on Karen Read’s newest lawsuit. He says (I’m paraphrasing): 📌 The goal of the suit is PR to help her in her other suits. 📌 The defense’s conspiracy narrative was utterly absurd. 📌 There was/is a massive amount of evidence pointing to her guilt. 📌 Her lawsuit will eventually be dismissed.

💥💥💥Kate explains the fireworks from today’s hearing that were cut off from the beginning of the court broadcast.💥💥💥 I’m paraphrasing. The judge excoriated Rosenberg for: 🧨 Noticing Colin about the deposition two months early and then not serving him until eight days prior. 🧨 Purposely not attending Colin’s deposition, that did indeed take place. 🧨 Putting in the ring bearer nonsense. 🧨 Quoting Alan Jackson in the motion. 💥💥💥💥And the grand finale was apparently Judge Gildea threatening to end the hearing if Rosenberg didn’t stop whining.💥💥💥 So Brother Counsel was dead wrong about how the judge would react. Guess Brother should go and play in the sandbox. 🤭
