Not insinuating anything, but there is a high likelihood this is a police officer or someone affiliated with the security sector conducting intelligence gathering. From the videos and photos circulating online, it is evident the state used covert methods to suppress the protests. In areas like Githurai, we saw police officers dressed in jua kali clothing and boda boda reflectors, while others wore masks. Interesting times to live in Kenya.
