“The Unraveled Essence” EP by Buku out now everywhere, on Memory Palace 🪷 ✨ Rob aka 𝕓𝕦𝕜𝕦 was one of the first artists within dance music to make me realize there was a way to make “trap” into something so much more than the hyper-EDM approach - something so deeply laden with groove and neckbreak-ability that he quickly solidified himself as one of my favorite bass producers of all time. I’m honored to say - due to luckily getting to play some shows with him early on in my career, we’ve also become dear friends, going back a long time. I believe this release encapsulates the breadth of his sound in the most up-to-date way in such a well rounded fashion and I’m super fuckin hyped for yall to listen. Also, once again Calder Moore freaking smassshhing the artwork.
