Hon. Kaguchia, This is NOT politics, it is the kind of thing DEMOCRACY should never allow to go unpunished. Translation. 1. To speak the truth, here in Kieni, should we see any support or vote for Kasongo or anyone who supports him, we will follow them to their homes and I swear we will remove them from under their beds 2. We will keep a record of all those supporting Kasongo. Because we can not allow anyone to support Kasongo after what he did to RG...... 3. If you support Kasongo we will NOT bury you, if you have dowry, you will take goats to Sugoi and if you get sick, you will go get SHA in Sugoi. Fear and Intimidation of voters should have no part in democracy. Sina Mengi ya Kusema kwa sasa.

Ndugu Hon. John Gitonga Mukunji, if you want Embu, bring your plan for Embu. Put your vision on the table. Tell the people what you will build, what you will change and why they should choose you. Compete with ideas, not chaos. Do your politics, as you have always done, hiyo ni sawa. Democracy demands competition. Without competition siasa ni useless. But sponsoring people to disrupt a UDA meeting attended by Deputy President Kithure Kindiki, UDA Party Chair and Embu Governor Hon. Cecily Mbarire, MGH, EGH crosses the line from politics into CRIMINALITY. And then a Media correspondent’s car is burnt? Mukunji, do you understand what it takes for a correspondent to buy a car? The stories chased. The kilometres travelled. The modest pay. The years of saving and sacrifice? I have been a correspondent. I know that hustle. That car is not just metal and tyres; it is somebody’s sweat, livelihood and DREAM. For you, it is easy to buy a car, for the correspondent that is a lifetime dream and career achievement that has now been reduced to scrap metal. Apana! Governor Cess, please panga Harambee as early as next week. Let us help this journalist get back on the road. That part for me is personal. I will personally attend, with the little I have. Let politics compete on ideas. Let leaders disagree fiercely. But never destroy the little that ordinary hardworking Kenyans have struggled for years to build. Yaani hata Ambulance you had to destroy. Hii sio siasa. I pray that our security agencies will hold everyone involved to account, their position in society not withstanding. Sina mengi ya kusema kwa sasa.

Well said H.E Kalonzo Musyoka admitting that President William Samoei Ruto, PhD is bringing in investors to breath implementation to ideas that have remained on paper for too long is a good step towards issue based politics. #EARefinery accelerating industrialization. Yes, #RUTODelivers

DP Kithure Kindiki is absolutely right. The claims are FAKE NEWS. Unfortunately, this is another example of lazy journalism by The Standard, aka Hon. Gideon Moi's X account. Kenya's intergovernmental relations are not handled by one office or one individual. They are governed through four distinct institutions, each with a clearly defined mandate. 1. The National and County Government Coordinating Summit (The Summit) This is the highest intergovernmental body. It is chaired by the President and comprises the President and all 47 Governors. Its role is to provide overall leadership on intergovernmental relations, strengthen cooperation between the two levels of government and promote national cohesion. 2. The Intergovernmental Budget and Economic Council (IBEC) IBEC is established under the Public Finance Management Act, 2012. It is chaired by the DEPUTY PRESIDENT and is the principal forum where the National Government and County Governments consult on public finance and economic matters. Its responsibilities include: • Coordinating fiscal relations between the two levels of government. • Discussing the equitable sharing of nationally raised revenue. • Reviewing county budget implementation and public financial management. Coordinating economic and budget policy. • Resolving intergovernmental fiscal issues. Its membership includes the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury, the State Department responsible for Devolution, the Chairperson of the Council of Governors and representatives of county governments, as provided by law. It is important to note that the PS Devolutions sits in the DP'S Office. 3. The Intergovernmental Relations Technical Committee (IGRTC) The IGRTC is the technical implementation arm of the intergovernmental framework. It supports the Summit by implementing its decisions, facilitating consultation and coordination, resolving disputes and monitoring implementation of intergovernmental agreements. It is crucial to note that it is the PCS who goes to parliament to answer questions on the relational framework and that is why the PS Parliamentary affairs sits in PCS Hon Musalia W Mudavadi office. 4. The Council of Governors (CoG) Established under separate legislation, the Council of Governors is the collective voice of Kenya's 47 county governments and works closely with the other intergovernmental institutions in advancing cooperative governance. Each institution has a specific mandate. Suggesting that one office has taken over another's constitutional or statutory role is simply inaccurate. Facts do not change because we can write misleading headlines on what was previously a National Paper. Sina mengi ya kusema kwa sasa.

My friend, Kalonzo Musyoka, I agree with you, today you really worked hard. In fact, you worked so hard that you literally sprinted to your car, leaving your women supporters to find their own way. So now, Mr. Presidential Candidate, sir, take a well earned break. Relax, unwind, and enjoy the ambience and massage at the GRAND MELIA Arusha. After all, as the hotel's slogan says: "A Life Well Lived." In the utmost luxury, dinner at the rooftop is a good choice. You've earned it, SKM. After all that hard work. Sina mengi ya kusema kwa sasa.

Yesterday, the President took time to practically join in activities to prepare his farm for planting. Like millions of farmers keen to increase production and lower the cost of unga! Sio sufuria kwa kichwa, it is Planting that will address the Cost of Living. There are no shortcuts in the name of subsidy. Hardwork and sweat are the only ways. Pasaka njema.
