This was not a festival. It was a warning — and a spectacle of grief turned into a weapon. Look at what they are doing. Black clothes. Loudspeakers on a truck. Crowds slapping their chests in rhythm, shouting the names of the dead of Karbala, weeping on command, some striking themselves until the body becomes part of the show. In these processions that is the point: latm — beating the chest — lament, tears, voices breaking in the street. Faith, for some. Theater of power, when it is staged in someone else’s capital. Under Assad, Damascus became that stage. Militias and families brought in from Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. Rituals in the heart of the city. Homes taken. “Cultural centers” planted like flags. They were not only mourning Hussein. They were occupying. Then Ahmad al-Sharaa’s offensive came. The people who filled the streets as long as a regime stood behind them vanished. Bags packed, corridor to the border: the project collapsed, and they ran like rats when the lights went out. That is the degradation: sacred grief used as a siren, a city treated like a set, and a foreign project that could only last while a dictator held the door open. Syria went back to the Syrians. The video is the before. The after is called flight.

They chant Death to America. Then they admit they helped America take two countries. Rouhani at the UN: we aided democracy in Iraq and Afghanistan. Iranian officials on camera: we were the country that cooperated the most. Taliban was our enemy. Repeat Afghanistan in Iraq. We helped topple Saddam. We helped topple the Taliban. Without the IRGC, the Americans would have hit a wall in Afghanistan. Shared interest. Shared work. Then they put the Shia in power in Baghdad. Same state that sells “resistance” to the street. Same state that sat at the table when the “Great Satan” needed a door opened. The slogan is for the crowd. The file is for the war they actually wanted.

Muqtada al-Sadr on camera. US troops in Iraq. He said he has no position. Stay or leave — he does not care. There is a fatwa, he said. When the enemy is too big, jihad is dropped. A force you cannot beat — you do not fight it. Do not call it occupation. Do not call it liberation. Look the other way. Then the line: God used the coalition to free them from Saddam. The same man whose movement later sold “resistance.” On that day he said the occupier was a tool in God’s hand. Neutral. Neither for nor against. As if the troops were not there. Against the British they had a stance. Against the Americans who removed Saddam they had a fatwa to sit down.

As Muslims, we shouldn’t be happy seeing Saudi Arabia being attacked. Regardless of politics or foreign policy, millions of Muslims live there. You don’t have to agree with everything to care about your brothers and sisters. May Allah protect the Muslims and all innocent people

Is the UN biased against Israel… or is history just repeating itself? Yoseph Haddad (former IDF) gets cooked in this exchange. Matthew Murphy doesn’t hold back: “The Goyim have been united against Israel for centuries. Jews were kicked out of 109 countries. Why the continuity? Because Jewish people keep committing acts of horror against nations. You can’t just scream ‘antisemitism’ every time someone points out the crimes.” Haddad keeps interrupting and calling him antisemitic.
