Anambra State Commissioner for Education, Prof. Ngozi Chuma Udeh, salutes Governor Soludo, as she was recently promoted to the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police. She is a Supernumerary (SPY) officer. Who is a Supernumerary Police (SPY)? SPYs are private individuals trained and authorized by the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) for specific security roles, often within their employing organizations, augmenting regular police strength.
