This is how people spread lies. They clipped a small part of the video and spread news that Modi said he has completed only high school education. Here's the full video. The interviewer Rajiv Shukla is now a Congress MP, and he himself has requested fake news factories to stop spreading lies around this video. This interview was done in the year 2000 or 2001, even before Modi became a chief minister. He was a general secretary in BJP then.
