30 years ago today the Tibetan Freedom Concerts launched. On June 14, 1998, Pearl Jam took the stage at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. for Day 2 of the third-ever TFC. Performing an 8-song set, the band concluded their performance early to accommodate the Red Hot Chili Peppers after severe thunderstorms caused cancellations on Day 1. The unforgettable line-up also included Beastie Boys, REM, Sonic Youth, Radiohead, Patti Smith, A Tribe Called Quest, and more! Dan shows us the powerful healing spirit of skateboarding amongst the dozens of skateparks being built by some of the best park builders in the world.
