It's another example of how high-tech can support high-touch service, so Communications Operators can focus on 9-1-1 calls. Human assistance is always available, and all 9-1-1 calls continue to be answered by trained operators.

Tow Truck Rivalry Leading to Shooting: 3 Arrests, 1 Suspect Still Wanted 🚨 On October 7, an altercation between rival tow truck groups escalated into gunfire, leaving one person with minor injuries. After weeks of investigation, Peel Regional Police have arrested three individuals, but one suspect remains at large. STABBING DURING HOME INVASION ROBBERY IN MISSISSAUGA Police are investigating a violent overnight home invasion near Hwy 401 & Mavis Road after multiple suspects forced entry into a residence. Two victims suffered injuries before the suspects fled with valuables. Investigators are actively canvassing the area and reviewing surveillance footage as the investigation continues. This appears to be an isolated incident. On Dec. 3, 2025, four masked individuals wearing all-black clothing and carrying hammers were seen entering Erin Mills Town Centre. Mall security and an on-site paid-duty police officer spotted the suspects and pursued them. Security apprehended one of the suspects, while the other three escaped in a stolen Honda CR-V. No injuries were reported, and no property was stolen from the mall. Great collaborative work between Security and Police. Don’t worry. We caught them! Stay Tuned for Part 2
