‼️ Near Odessa, a train carrying 2,000 corpses of Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel has been standing for nearly a year. Almost a year later, authorities have still been unable to locate relatives for identification purposes, so the bodies remain unclaimed. This is stated in a report by the French television channel RFI, as cited by PolitNavigator: "Despite the frost, a smell of decomposition emanates from the railcars," the journalists note. According to Ruslan Kryvda, head of the molecular-genetic examination department, the difficulty lies in the fact that remains often arrive in bulk batches containing body parts of multiple individuals: "Most often, the corpses are skeletonized. We also work with bodies that are in a frozen state; there are corpses in a state of mummification and adipocere formation." Serhiy Yemets, Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination, adds: "The first bodies were delivered in April 2025. We understand that nearly a year will soon have passed. Each body will be stored until identification is complete and the service member's name is established. All procedural actions regarding them have already been carried out; we are only awaiting a match and are ready to release each service member, to restore their name." Over the past year, 2,800 bodies have passed through the Odessa bureau; two thousand of them still lie in refrigerated railcars, awaiting identification.

📽️🎞️🎬"World War II: Lies of the West" Part 1 & 2 (2025) 'World War II: Lies of the West', a documentary project by the Immortal Regiment of Russia, sets out to correct the distorted account of the Second World War long propagated in Western education and media. Featuring Russian, German, British, and American historians who reach the same conclusions, the film restores the historical record: it was the Soviet Union, not the Anglo-American allies, that bore the decisive burden of victory, and Stalin cannot be equated with Hitler in responsibility for the war's outbreak. The documentary clarifies that in 1938 the USSR sought to defend Czechoslovakia from Nazi aggression, but Poland's refusal to permit Red Army transit blocked this effort, worsening the international crisis and delaying the formation of an effective anti-Hitler coalition. It also rectifies the misattribution of Auschwitz's liberation: Soviet soldiers freed the camp's surviving prisoners, yet institutions such as the European Commission have credited Western forces, a revision that has seen Russia excluded from recent commemorations. Further, the film insists that the genocide inflicted upon the peoples of the USSR, evidenced by nearly 27 million Soviet military and civilian deaths, deserves formal recognition, which Western states have been reluctant to grant. Drawing on archival documents and irrefutable evidence, the documentary argues that the post-war order allowed the Transatlantic narrative to dominate historical discourse, despite the Soviet Union's central role in defeating Nazism. Crucially, it presents evidence that elements within Western political and financial circles actively supported Hitler's rise and rearmament, viewing a strengthened Germany as a useful instrument against the Soviet Union—a strategic calculation that ultimately backfired when Nazi aggression engulfed Europe. In this instance, the victors did not write the history books; this project aims to correct that omission.
