I’ve been to a lot of cities, but Atlanta feels different. Any vacant land is swallowed by greenery.. thick vines, dense canopies. Entire blocks look like they’ve been reclaimed by nature. Flying in, you don’t see a sprawling concrete city. You see a forest, with a handful of skyscrapers rising out of it. Atlanta is one of the few major cities that genuinely feels built inside a woodland. Every street has a random heavily forested part. It’s unique.

Day 4 of walking 15,000 steps a day around South Atlanta. Still haven’t been robbed. What’s interesting is that parts of Midtown that are now full of white hipsters, luxury apartments, breweries and upper-middle-class Black professionals were considered rough not that long ago. It’s basically the real-life version of SoDoSoPa from South Park. That got me thinking: South Atlanta could be next. I’m staying in an area where the average home price is around $185k .. Big houses. Huge yards. About 15 minutes from downtown in one of America’s most important cities. People get emotional about gentrification. Investors get rich from it. Most of the money I’ve made in my life came from real estate, not stocks. I made a video explaining exactly how I identify areas before they take off. Link in comments 👇🏻

This version of Specs won’t be released after the backlash. Evan is a great speaker and visionary, but he looked goofy in them, he should have grown out his hair! (They don’t look as bad on other people: see video). $SNAP Specs are the closest thing we’ve gotten to a personal smartphone attached to our face, but the price is a bit too much; they need to be $1,500-1,800 range and the design obviously needs some tweaks. They aren’t too far off!
