This is what quiet replacement looks like in North Texas. There was no protest and no vote - just broken labor laws. Once-quiet towns in historically deep-red districts are now packed with people from the other side of the world, settling in like they own the place. American workers never got a say, the visa machine just kept running.

When I left Texas at 18 to join the Army, they told us if we fought overseas, we’d be preserving our way of life back home. Twenty years later, I finally came back… …and now Texas is just a bunch of Indian shops, Afghan markets and halal stores. This is my state, but it feels so far from home. Is this really what we fought for?

Turn the sound on. NYREACH is giving International Medical Graduates New York clinical experience, letters of recommendation and a pathway toward residency. Their own recruitment page says applicants must have “excellent oral and written communication skills in English.” Now listen to the promotional video. Several of these future doctors are genuinely difficult to understand. And these aren’t people being trained to write code in a back office. NYREACH says participants assist with patient histories, physical exams and health education, including serving underserved communities. This isn’t about having an accent. If an elderly patient can’t clearly understand the person taking their medical history or explaining their treatment, that is a patient-safety issue. Why are we so afraid to say this out loud?

A university, an H-1B tech firm and a Bollywood film producer walk into a single office suite in Lacey, Washington… No, this isn’t a joke. It’s the story of CodeSmart, People Tech and a “university” advertising master’s degrees, corporate scholarships and Day-One Utilization from the same address.

USC Viterbi held graduate recruiting events in 7 Indian cities in 7 days. They have an India-based admissions team and a dedicated Instagram account promoting engineering programs to students in India. Apparently, they’re not just recruiting engineers, they’re holding auditions for backup dancers.

I may have found the most offensive and unnecessary use-case for the H-1B visa, so I went to review their Public Access Files. SPOILER ALERT: There were no files to review. This program is not actually about highly skilled workers - it’s all about who can fill out the paperwork correctly.

Watch this. A physician recruiting account is explaining how hospitals can hire certain foreign physicians who haven’t taken the USMLE. The pitch: internationally recognized doctors simply find a U.S. hospital willing to give them a job offer. Meanwhile, Americans spend years fighting through the U.S. medical-school pipeline, residency bottlenecks and licensing exams just for the opportunity to practice here. We keep being told America has a “doctor shortage.” What we seem to have is an entire industry devoted to finding new ways around the American pipeline. And Americans barely know it exists.

This is what the “talent shortage” actually looks like. Foreign students and H-1B spouses sweating $1,800 premium processing fees and downloading case trackers just to get their OPT/H4/GC EADs so Americans can be displaced quicker. The entire cottage industry of EAD trackers, coupon codes and body-shop compliance apps only exists because Congress keeps the pipeline wide open. Protect the American worker - End it all.

To all my fellow “redneck trailer trash” friends out there: the ones using their hands to build and fix things, or putting their lives on the line to protect your community - remember how they view us. The next time you get a service call or go out to bid a contract, think of this Frisco “rally.” #TexasChanged

Foreign-trained physicians are now being taught how to shop between states for the easiest path into American medical practice without repeating a full U.S. residency. Massachusetts? 1 year of prior experience. Iowa? 5 years. Some states restrict the pathway to rural/underserved areas. Others are less restrictive. And then comes the part Americans should hear: Even where the law says “underserved area,” he explains that the geography can be broad enough to cover a lot of different areas. We were told these laws were about fixing isolated doctor shortages. An entire industry is already teaching foreign doctors how to navigate them state by state.

The evidence is starting to pile up on H-1B fraud... This video is of a "candidate" being prepared for an interview with a "client" by a man who owns a staffing agency, while also being on H-1B and working himself for said client. (Yes, actively managing another business while being on an H-1B for another employer is illegal.) Here's how it works: The scammer (Recruit HR in this video), uses his position at the client to get interviews scheduled for people he refers who are willing to pay a $5 per hour kickback. He ensures they pass the interview by giving them just enough training to answer specific questions he knows will be asked and then does a mock interview himself. Here you see just how unworthy this referral actually is - but he was still pushed forward and placed at the client. The scammer (I have his real identity) also happens to be directly connected to a major foreign labor lobby - I bet you'll be able to guess which one.

Check out the third-world standards straight from the back alleys of India being demonstrated by Sangam Supermarket in North Houston. Sandwiched between two sets of dumpsters, on the hot asphalt they’re piling up one food safety violation after another and nobody seems to give a damn. This isn’t oversight, it’s just low standards and exactly how things are done in 3rd world markets. This has ZERO place in American grocery stores. Harris County Public Health and the Houston Health Department are supposed to enforce the Texas Food Establishment Rules (TFER), yet here we are. Let’s count the violations: 1. Section 228.69 (Protection from Contamination): Zero shielding from exhaust fumes, bird shit, dust and debris. 2. Section 228.186 (Pest Control): Bulk food stored directly beside active dumpsters, prime real estate for roaches, rats and every pest in Houston. 3. Section 228.174 (Storage Location): Palletized inventory must stay inside a clean, secure, dry facility, not baking outside in the Texas sun. Houston Health Dept Harris County Public Health #GetVaxxed will you stop letting third-world hygiene slide at Indian grocery stores in our city? Get an environmental health specialist out to this store immediately.
