NOT EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE ON A TOUCHSCREEN! The touch display on my friend's 2021 Kia Seltos GT Line stopped working midway through our drive. It went absolutely blank. We tried resetting the screen with a pin, but even that failed. This was just the infotainment screen failing, but if the AC controls had been on the screen as well, we wouldn't have been able to use the AC either. With multiple screens becoming common these days, this is a reminder that physical buttons remain an absolute necessity in cars.

Face ID screwed up! 😯 Apple's Face ID can be a bit of a nightmare for you if you have a sibling. My friend praveenkar saha has an iPhone 11. As you can see in this video, he demonstrates the process of him unlocking the phone first and then giving it to his brother. Surprisingly, Face ID recognised his face as well and unlocked the device! Neither are they twins, nor does his brother use his phone very often. However, this isn't the first time that my friend faced this problem. The same issue cropped up around one year ago, which resulted in him resetting his Face ID data. Privacy. That's iPhone. Sigh.

Mad respect for Shubhabrata ‘Shumi’ Marmar and Kartikeya Singhee (MotorInc on YT) for speaking the uncomfortable truth regarding Indian Car Brands. Tata and Mahindra, both have come a long way and they deserve appreciation for their efforts to make safe cars. However, there are far too many niggles and issues that have been reported in these cars, which are often ignored because these cars are 'Desh ka Loha' (India's Iron). If anyone tries to point out the issues that there might be, the counter is always "5 Stars Safety" - Which is excellent! But it can't continue to be an excuse for inferior quality. Safety is important, but so is reliability, smoothness and peace of mind. Link to this fantastic full video will be below 👇

OnePlus Green Line Issue ALERT! My friend has been using the OnePlus 8 Pro for over 3 years now. He recently updated his phone to the June patch and now his screen has a green line. The service center guys acknowledged that this is a software issue as no hardware damage was present yet they still denied free replacement. In fact, they refused to claim responsibility for the update that their company sent and blamed the customer for updating! Around 25 people were present in the service center with the exact same issue and the price being quoted for a repair was around ₹15,000 minimum. All of this is happening even though OnePlus started offering free replacement for green line victims. It's shocking to see how consumers are being cheated and harassed by certain Service Centers. I've also attached the audio of his experience at the service center. They were forced to wait for 1 hour when they asked the staff to meet the manager and even then the manager didn't come and meet them. I hope OnePlus India OnePlus Support takes note of this. I'll be happy to provide them the contact details of the concerned person. Please RT and amplify 🙏
