This is a microcosm of where the Bills defense is at mentally right now. Look at the communication. It’s frantic, not decisive, and up to the last minute. Also note the body language with how hurried it all is + the lack of confidence/understanding

It’s a shame that this 44 yard catch and run from Khalil Shakir will likely be forgotten because of the result of this game

Feels like this play is a microcosm of the Buffalo Bills in the playoffs. So close yet so far + an opportunity for a play to be made that isn’t for whatever reason. This throw, on 2nd & 11 in OT, had to be completed (some good field position if it is)

Look where Cole Bishop (24) comes from to make this play. Rattler looks open to Olave, leading to Olave floating it, and Bishop undercutting it and going up to get it with one hand. Watching Bishop process this play is also arguably better than the INT

One of the more frustrating misses on this failed 2-pt conversion Khalil Shakir (10) sells like he’s running an over & completely loses the LB (30). The play design looks like it’s mimicking their frontside naked & 30 gets caught looking in the backfield

Became more intrigued with Darrick Forrest after watching more tape His athleticism to play deep (including in the post) and battle with various body types in coverage (including man & match) + his physicality in & around the box is a fun combination
