We’ve raised over $1 billion towards our work to build the world’s first million-qubit scale, fault-tolerant quantum computers. We are thrilled to have BlackRock, Temasek, and Baillie Gifford lead this round now valuing the company at $7 billion and welcome Macquarie Group Capital, Ribbit Capital, NVentures (NVIDIA's venture arm), Adage Capital Management, Type One Ventures, Counterpoint Global (Morgan Stanley), 1789Capital, and SVentures (SentinelOne). The round also included participation from existing investors including Blackbird, Third Point LLC, and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

PsiQuantum has signed a new $125 million expanded agreement with DARPA under the Quantum Benchmarking Initiative—a performance-based award, and our company's most valuable government award to date. QBI is the U.S. government's most rigorous effort to evaluate commercial pathways to utility-scale quantum computing. As one of only two companies in Stage C, QBI’s final and most advanced stage, we're taking on America's toughest quantum test. Learn more:

Located at Moreton Bay Central in Queensland, Australia, the facility will house large-scale cryogenic infrastructure and tens of thousands of photonic quantum chips networked together with standard optical fiber.
