Those members of congress or legislators who vote for it also must stand for re-election. Yet we are told a district judge could amend it over night with the flick of a wrist and never stand for reelection?! They don't face reelection precisely because they have LESS not MORE power than the other branches.

I'm glad the president claimed AI data centers will "pay their own way." However, the 680 planned hyperscale centers require the energy equivalent of 186 nuclear plants. The grid can't handle it, and YOU will absolutely pay for it. 💡📉 Plus the White House is getting legislators to oppose any bill that actually codifies this rope-a-dope talking point into law.
