When I tell my story to kids they don’t believe it so I provide footage. No NIL, no social media, just pure hoops. No edits here, just roll the tape and watch this sequence. Guards didn’t really attempt these type of shots back then. Coaches would bench u for these type of shots.

Now that she’s a D1 prospect I’ve started to train with my daughter more so she can get an idea on what it feels like to push at different speeds. I’m 48 so I’m not as fast as I used to be but I still can shoot it and show her how reps supposed to look at a high level.

Today’s players are more athletic and explosives than players from the 80’s & 90’s.. Nah that’s false. Kevin Johnson was 6’1 and in my eyes he was a star. Not a lot of 6’1 guys doing this today. All eras have their aliens. Let’s leave it at that. #Yoda

I walked into HS as a unranked 5’0 untraditional player that was told by my local school that I was too small. I decided to attend another school in which I became only the second player in school history to play varsity basketball. I would become the number 1 ranked player in Oakland County, help lead Ferndale High School win two championships and finished with records in scoring, free throw shooting, three pointers, steals, and wins. I would go into college with the same hate but I would re-write the record books. I won my battle with the doubters. STORY NOT DONE 🤞🏽 #TalkSoon

I chose to reserve my most comprehensive evaluation for my nephew. The ability to evaluate and forecast talent is a gift from God that I’ve had since I was young. Draymond is a favorite of mine due to his unapologetic candor. Darius Acuff Jr. will undoubtedly be the next elite point guard.
