ಕಾನೂನು ಹೋರಾಟಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಈವರೆಗೆ 34 ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆಲುವು ಸಾಧಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಸುಮಾರು ₹. 12,000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಅತ್ಯಮೂಲ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸ್ವತ್ತುಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ವಾಪಸ್ಸು ಬಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಎಂ.ಎಸ್. ರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಕಬಳಿಸಿದ್ದ 27:00 ಎಕರೆ, ಸಚಿವ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಬೈರೇಗೌಡರ ಅತ್ಯಾಪ್ತ ಹುಣಸಮಾರನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಬ್ಬಳಿಸಿದ್ದ 22:30 ಎಕರೆ, ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ಸಿ.ಎಂ. ಇಬ್ರಾಹಿಂ ಪಾಲುದಾರಿಕೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ನಾಗವಾರದ ಬಳಿ ಕಬಳಿಸಿದ್ದ 19:02 ಎಕರೆ, ಯೂಸುಫ್ ಷರೀಫ್ ಅಲಿಯಾಸ್ ಕೆಜಿಎಫ್ ಬಾಬುರವರು ಕಬಳಿಸಿದ್ದ ಯಲಹಂಕದ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸಪುರ ಗ್ರಾಮದ 2:00 ಎಕರೆ, ಮಾಜಿ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಬಂಕ್ ಗೋವಿಂದರಾಜು ಎಂಬುವವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಗನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಬಳಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕ್ವೀನ್ಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯ KSFC ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಮುಂಭಾಗದ 3:28 ಎಕರೆ, ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ. ಕೃಷ್ಣಪ್ಪರವರು ಜಯನಗರದ ಭೈರಸಂದ್ರ ಕೆರೆಯ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಬ್ಬಳಿಸಿದ್ದ 4:02 ಎಕರೆ, L.R. ಶಿವರಾಮೇಗೌಡ ಮತ್ತಿತರರು ಕಬಳಿಸಿದ್ದ ಬನಗಿರಿ ನಗರದ 4:18 ಎಕರೆ, ಕಾಟನ್ ಪೇಟೆ ಮುಖ್ಯರಸ್ತೆ ಹಳೆಯ CCB ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಂಡಂತೆ ಇರುವ "ಫೀರ್ ಬೌಂಡರಿ" ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಚಿವ ಜಮೀರ್ ಅಹ್ಮದ್ ರವರ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಗರು ಕಬಳಿಸಿದ್ದ 1,19,000 ಚದರ ಅಡಿ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸ್ವತ್ತುಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ವಾಪಸ್ಸು ಬಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ನಾನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಸಹಿತವಾದ ದೂರನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿ "ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಹಗರಣ" ಎಂದೇ ಕುಖ್ಯಾತಿ ಪಡೆದ ₹. 187 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಹಣ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಹಗರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯದವರು ಸಚಿವ ವಿ. ನಾಗೇಂದ್ರ ರವರನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿ ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ಕಳಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ, ಇದುವರವಿಗೆ ₹. 182 ಕೋಟಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ED ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದು ಕೇವಲ ಅಂಕಿಗಳಲ್ಲ — ಇದು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ನೀಡಿದ ನೇರ ಸವಾಲು. ಜನರ ಭೂಮಿ, ಜನರ ಹಕ್ಕು —ಅದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಮರಳಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಹೋರಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
