“Since I only have a minute left live on establishment media, why don’t we just say a bunch of things that we know that they’ll never cover? Trump shooter didn’t have any silverware in his house. No one thought that was weird? ….I can’t believe you guys are still letting me go”

Thanks for the mention, Joe Rogan! Got hit with many emails, texts, DMs - “Joe mentioned you!” - before I even got half-way through the Patrick Bet-David podcast. Joe is referring to my private debate with Mark Cuban on vaccinating young men where he revealed his striking ignorance

Sam Harris is upset that the majority of Joe Rogan’s audience believes 1) Covid was a “non-issue,” 2) it was “not much worst than the flu” 3) Covid deaths were substantially inflated - “lots of people died with Covid, not from Covid” 4) “many, many people died from the vaccine.” 1) What? Joe doesn’t even believe that. Otherwise why did he constantly tell people to stay healthy during Covid? 2) Fact-check: true for most healthy people, especially young. But for elderly people with comorbidities: a concerning issue. 3) Fact-check: true. Estimates ranging from 30-40% of incidental COVID cases in hospitalizations. Similar for deaths. Covid-logged deaths include homicide, suicide, and accidents! (which Sam mocks) 4) Vague, but did one too many healthy people who sought no benefit from the vaccine die from adverse effects? Yes. South Korea study found several cardiac-related deaths post-vaccine. Was it on the scale of millions? Who knows. Maybe. Some estimates suggest yes, others no. Does Sam Harris think critically before making such self-defeating claims about the pandemic? Sigh. He knows I’m happy to talk to him about this whenever he wants.

Dave Smith demolished Sam Harris' brain surgery argument Sam Harris: "If comic Dave Smith showed up to do your brain surgery, you wouldn't want that" Dave: "By this same logic, it would disqualify these two guys from talking about 90% of what they talk about" LINK IN BIO

Is Casual Sex Harmless? Some clips from my podcast with Bret Weinstein on troubles with modern dating & mating releasing this week. Here, I was surprised to find myself debating Bret on casual sex. Without appealing to any religious commandments, Bret marshalled a surprisingly conservative case against casual sex, arguing it could harm a woman’s future marriage. I took the more liberal stand here that occasional fun when you’re young and travelling to Europe (for example) could be harmless, ephemeral without any serious negative consequences for your future. What do you think? Let us know below. Full episode linked in next tweet The DarkHorse Podcast x Illusion Consensus

For people raging over Megyn for clapping back in crude fashion, a quick search on X reveals (if it wasn’t obvious in your feeds already) how relentlessly Mark assails her with insult after insult, using terms like “diabolical” and “evil” and calling her anti-semitic and bigoted. He does this 24/7 and when Megyn rightly puts him in his place — a man whose a keyboard warrior typing invective all day, particularly at one woman, commenting on her age with insults like “grandma”, is really just a weak, pathetic cretin compensating for his ignoble, neutered fragility (an insult to men!) — everyone’s suddenly mad! He spends an obscene amount of time trashing one woman like an emotionally unregulated teenager. No honourable man of integrity does that. She just said it how we used to say it back in high school bc he doesn’t really deserve an elaborate, sophisticated refutation of his vile, feeble character but here u go to those foolishly cheering him on…

Last night, the hilarious roast of Kevin Hart definitively showed that WOKE IS DEAD. I was amazed how Tony Hinchcliffe, Shane Gillis & others pulled off several highly offensive jokes (like the one below) at such a Hollywood-centric event that would’ve been the target of cancellation campaigns for attacking “marginalized communities” 10 years ago. Race, gender, body size jokes were in abundance last night and even the ppl who were roasted on such grounds — like pop star Lizzo who was attacked for being fat as a body positivity advocate — were typically great sports about it and you could see them laughing uproariously rather than getting upset. The censorious far Left lost big time on this one. They scared people and destroyed careers a decade ago. Now Netflix openly welcomes and funds the most risqué, unhinged comedy. RIP WOKE.

Meeting Jesus on psychedelics? ✝️🍄🤯 NEW study: what happened when researchers gave psilocybin to (mostly) poor Black Christians in the South struggling with cocaine addiction? Many described profound encounters with Jesus — as psychedelics tend to provide mystical experiences, sometimes amplifying pre-existing religious beliefs. The study’s outcomes were incredible: Participants had biologically confirmed abstinence rates approaching 100% at 6 months — an astonishing result. Full podcast with Matthew W. Johnson linked below.

DEBATE: Is Trump rushing psychedelics? I strongly support this initiative but I’m always open to hearing alternate perspectives. Kevin Sabet, former Obama/Bush drug policy advisor, came on to articulate his concerns for the executive order. Matthew W. Johnson is back on the show to defend it, arguing the Trump admin’s efforts are in line with scientific evidence. Watch Now:

What did smoking addicts experience on psilocybin in a newly published study? Lead author Matthew W. Johnson explains: Addicts often had spiritual, visionary experiences or ones that evoked childhood wounds and suppressed emotional pain. In these expansive experiences, they often realized the absurdity of their addiction (“I’ve been masking all this pain with cigarettes?!?”). They regained a sense of agency over their addiction after returning from their mystical journeys, leading to 52% of addicts in the study no longer smoking at a 6-month follow-up. Watch full episode:

New 2 hour DEBATE released: Michael Tracey vs Curt Mills How much influence did Israel have in Trump's war effort in Iran? Michael believes Israel's influence is marginal while Curt believes it is a clearly significant driver in Trump's foreign policy agenda. Link in next tweet.

Michael Tracey: "Did Netanyahu somehow bamboozle Trump into amassing the largest US military presence in the Middle East since 2003, ahead of that window of timing? Was Israel ghostwriting Truth Social in January, where Trump was calling for Iranians to take over every government institution?" Curt Mills: "You are positing two things at once and then weirdly downgrading one of them. You can see that an Israel lobby exists and you can see that's highly influential. Secondarily, you are saying that Trump has this clear ideology that is overwhelmingly hawkish, imperial, , Ziophilic, Iran hawkish. And it is just entirely happening independent of this very powerful lobby? You, you are arguing that he is taking it in the teeth, taking it on the chin. Letting gas prices go above $4 a gallon, letting oil go above $120, letting his earliest supporters in in media denounce him. And he's doing this out of conviction?" Anti-aging scientist David Sinclair on Rogan talking about recent news in the psychedelic world. They discuss the seismic Eli Lilly - ATAI deal worth up to $3.8 billion. “I love it, it’s great!” exclaims Joe Rogan about Big Pharma’s newfound embrace of psychedelics. They then discuss the depression and anxiety epidemic and he says, “that’s why I went to the White House to get the president involved in this executive order on Ibogaine.”

Here’s Michael Tracey in the 2-hour debate with @curtmills calling out popular podcasters for spreading the idea that Israel “fundamentally engineered and orchestrated” Trump’s Iran war decision. Instead, he pits the blame on Trump’s megalomania and desire for global conquest:

I asked Senator Ron Johnson about Joe Kent's concerns about Israeli influence in Trump's decision to wage war. His response: "You've seen those instances in the past where Israel's done something that has not been particularly helpful to our diplomatic aims. That may happen in the future, but again, I'm not going to denigrate Israel because we have some differences and they've done some things that may have harmed again our diplomatic efforts that might be somewhat contrary to theirs."
