The driver starts flexing cartel connections, refuses to get out of the car, and threatens the cop the whole time: “You know who the fuck I am.” “Watch, I’ll make a call right now.” The cop doesn’t flinch. Near the end he basically says he still doesn’t give a shit who this guy is… and he’s glad the whole thing is being recorded in case something happens.
