That, they will bring trucks full of medical aid, claiming it is for a rural community, but when they get to an isolated area, they’d claim the truck has broken down. They’d leave it. Days later, the driver will return to drive the same truck back home,.. but— at this point, the truck is empty. And next thing you see is terrorists with brand new sophisticated weapons.
