Yesterday, during my interview on Channels Television, I reiterated my unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and his re-election bid in 2027. I stated clearly that I have not dumped Mr President. I have only moved to the Rainbow Coalition led by the Honourable Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike. It was a very insightful interview, and I was glad to speak openly about my decision, the concerns of our stakeholders, and the way forward for our dear state. SM

Yesterday at the APC Presidential Primary Election Collation Centre, while addressing members of the press, I commended the remarkable strides being recorded under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu through the Renewed Hope Agenda. As Chairman of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, I particularly highlighted the administration’s deliberate efforts toward strengthening the agricultural sector, enhancing food security, and creating sustainable economic opportunities for Nigerians. I believe that Mr. President is on the right path, and with sustained commitment, unity, and collective support, Nigeria will continue to witness greater growth, stability, and prosperity for all. SM
