I've always wondered is why, when they fled Germany after the Nat Soc takeover, they emigrated to the (putatively capitalist) United States, and not to the USSR, where, as socialists, they would presumably get along. The great Hans-Hermann Hoppe answers the question here. They all hailed from rich jewish families.
