I guess I’d be going to jail too, b/c I’d open the door and give the dog water as well. Fat cops are weird. Dude’s belly is falling out under his tactical vest. Dude has “a lot of education” in dogs being locked in hot vehicles. 🙄 I don’t remember that class at the academy.
