Guys I’ve gained the weight again. If you see my double chin 🤣🤣🤣. At this point my body just wants to enjoy food but my height says no. I’m 5’5 which means I can’t carry the 95kg so I get really slow and lethargic when I’ve gained weight. I’ve started a calorie deficit diet and I’ve paid for 1 year gym membership. I hope this is the year I create a sustainable lifestyle. Wish me luck o
